    =Our Approach=
    Rogers Consulting believes that people learn the best when they are actively engaged in the process and feeling safe. So safety must be an ingredient. We provide active participatory sessions that provide a safe environment to those who attend. Generally, people learn through each other and so a big piece for each participant is about self-awareness and the role we each play in the conflict drama.

    About Me

    Gord Rogers is the principal of Rogers Consulting Inc. He works with a variety of associates in both the private and public sector of British Columbia. Gord is a trainer, facilitator and mediator who specializes in Conflict Resolution Training. Through his unique blend of experience in Engineering, Project management, International Technical Support and International Sports Administration, he has learned the value of resolving conflict so that we can turn lost energy into a benefit for all.
