What We Do
Training in Conflict Resolution
Our Approach
Rogers Consulting believes that people learn the best when they are actively engaged in the process and having fun. So fun must be an ingredient. We provide active participatory sessions that provide a safe environment to those who attend. Generally, people learn through each other and so a big piece for each participant is about self-awareness.
Our Offerings
All workshops are customized to each client. However, they generally follow these themes:

Mediation
Gordon Rogers is a registered member of the BC Mediation Roster.
Facilitation in Conflict Resolution
We facilitate strategic planning sessions and other team building sessions for both the private and public sectors.
